Disclaimer in full

1. Scope of this disclaimer

eSportzCraazy.in is owned and operated by Catalyst Web Trendz Pvt. Ltd., D 29, 2nd Floor, Greater Kailash Enclave 2, Greater Kailash, New Delhi – 110048. This disclaimer applies to every page of the site, to our tournament platform, our live streams, our editorial desk, our community channels and our store.

It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Where this disclaimer limits or qualifies something said elsewhere on the site — a headline, a prize figure, a viewer count, a product page — this disclaimer governs.

2. No affiliation with game publishers

eSportzCraazy is an independent community platform and tournament organiser. We are not affiliated with, associated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with any game publisher or developer — including but not limited to Krafton, Riot Games, Valve Corporation, Electronic Arts, Garena, Activision Blizzard, Level Infinite, Tencent, or any of their subsidiaries, affiliates or regional partners.

Where an event on this platform is officially licensed, sanctioned or supported by a publisher, that fact is stated explicitly on the event page and in the event Rulebook. In the absence of such a statement, no publisher licence, sanction, endorsement or association should be inferred from the use of a game's name, from a screenshot, from a bracket, or from our coverage of a title.

Our commentary, ratings, rankings, opinions and editorial judgements are our own. Publishers do not review, approve or control what we publish about their games, and nothing on this site should be read as an official statement by a publisher. For official announcements about a game, always go to the publisher's own channels.

3. Trademarks and descriptive reference

All game titles, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, character names, in-game imagery and copyrighted material referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. This includes, without limitation, BGMI, PUBG, Valorant, CS2, Free Fire MAX, Call of Duty, FIFA, DOTA 2, League of Legends and Apex Legends, together with every organisation, tournament, platform and product name we mention.

We reference these marks descriptively and nominatively, purely to identify the game being played, the platform being used or the subject being reported on. Such reference does not imply ownership, licence, partnership or endorsement, and is not intended to cause confusion as to source or affiliation.

Every glyph, crest, badge and illustration on this site is original artwork authored by our own design team. We do not reproduce, trace or approximate any publisher's or organisation's trademarked logo. If you are a rights holder and believe a specific reference or asset on this site exceeds fair and nominative use, write to the Grievance Officer in section 14 with the URL and the mark concerned; we will review and, where appropriate, remove or amend it promptly.

4. Skill-based competition, not gambling

Every competition on eSportzCraazy is a game of skill. Outcomes are determined by aim, reaction time, map knowledge, rotation, team coordination, in-game leadership, economy management and practice. They are not determined by chance, and no element of our format is designed to make them so.

To be unambiguous about what we do not do:

  • We do not operate a betting exchange, a bookmaking service, a sportsbook or an odds market.
  • We do not accept wagers or stakes on the outcome of any match, and no entry fee is a stake.
  • We do not operate casino games, card games played for stakes, lotteries, raffles, loot-box style purchases or any product whose result turns on chance.
  • We do not pay out against the result of a match a user has bet on, and we do not accept advertising from betting, wagering or real-money gaming operators.
  • Our fantasy gaming formats are skill-format contests based on player selection and performance, are free to enter unless the contest page says otherwise, and are never structured as a wager.

Entry fees, where charged, are participation fees that cover slots, server capacity, referees, anti-cheat review and production. Prize money is announced in advance and is paid on merit to the placements published in the Rulebook — it is not a return calculated on a stake.

Betting on any eSportzCraazy match is prohibited for players, staff, Admins and casters under section 10 of our Terms, and match-fixing or approaching a player to fix a match will result in a permanent ban and referral to the appropriate authorities.

5. State restrictions on real-money gaming

Gaming and gambling law in India is largely a State subject, and the position differs from State to State. Real-money gaming, online games played for stakes, and in some States even skill-based games played for a fee, are restricted or prohibited in certain Indian States and Union Territories. The position also changes as State legislation is amended and as courts rule on it.

Where an eSportzCraazy event carries an entry fee or a cash prize, entry may accordingly be restricted by State, and any such restriction is stated in the event Rulebook. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that entering a paid or prize-bearing event is lawful in the State where you are located before you register. If you are unsure, do not enter; enter one of our free open qualifiers instead, or take independent legal advice.

By entering a paid or prize-bearing event you confirm that you are not located in a State or territory where doing so is prohibited. We may refuse an entry, void a result or withhold a prize where we have reason to believe this confirmation was false. Nothing on this site is legal advice on the position in your State.

6. Prize pools and minimum participation

Announced prize pools are targets and maximums, and are subject to conditions. Unless an event page says a pool is guaranteed, the following applies:

  • Minimum participation. Each event states a minimum number of confirmed entrants or squads. If that minimum is not reached by the close of entries, the pool may be reduced pro rata, the placement split may be shortened, or the event may be cancelled with entry fees refunded in full.
  • Crowdfunded and sponsor-linked pools. Where a pool grows through community contributions or a sponsor tranche, the figure shown is the amount pledged or reached at the timestamp displayed. Pledges that fail to clear are removed from the total.
  • Live counters. The Season 9 pool counter and similar live figures on this site are indicative running totals refreshed periodically. They are not a statement of account and may be corrected.
  • Net of tax. Cash prizes are paid net of tax deducted at source, and against completed KYC, as set out in section 8 of the Terms & Conditions. The figure announced is the gross prize, not the amount that lands in your account.
  • Prizes in kind. Hardware, peripherals, travel and merchandise prizes are supplied by the partner named on the event page, are subject to that partner's availability and warranty, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash unless we say so in writing.

7. Statistics, leaderboards and viewer counts

We work hard on our data, and it will still sometimes be wrong or late. Every number on this site — ratings, K/D, ACS, placements, points, seeds, standings, slot counters, prize totals and viewer counts — is indicative and may lag the true position.

Reasons this happens routinely: match results are entered by Admins after verification and not in real time; a publisher API may rate-limit, cache or return incomplete data; a protest or an integrity review can change a result days after a match; viewer counts are sampled from third-party platforms and are aggregated across mirrors, so they move and are not audited figures; and our own live counters are simulations of movement between refreshes, not per-second telemetry.

The official result of any match or event is the one recorded in the event's own results sheet after the protest window closes. Where the site and the results sheet disagree, the results sheet governs. Ratings and ranking formulas are our own editorial models; they are not an objective measure of a player's worth and should not be relied on for contract, transfer, scouting, sponsorship or wagering decisions.

8. Live streams and broadcast content

Live streams depend on game servers, ISPs, encoders, CDNs and third-party video platforms, none of which we fully control. Streams may be delayed, degraded, interrupted, geo-restricted, taken down by the host platform, or cancelled without notice. Scheduled start times are estimates — esports schedules move when a series goes the distance.

Broadcasts include live, unscripted commentary and live audience chat. Views expressed by casters, analysts, guests and viewers are their own and are not statements by eSportzCraazy or by Catalyst Web Trendz Pvt. Ltd. Live chat is moderated on a best-efforts basis; we cannot pre-screen every message, and the presence of a message does not mean we endorse it.

Streams may carry in-game violence, strong language and flashing imagery. Where a broadcast is likely to trigger photosensitivity, we flag it on the stream page. Viewer discretion applies, and parents should supervise younger viewers.

9. Community content and creators' views

Clips, guides, VOD comments, forum posts, Discord messages, team pages and creator streams are produced by our community, not by our editorial desk. Opinions expressed in community content are those of the individual creator alone. We host that content as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Intermediary Guidelines; hosting it is not endorsement, verification or agreement.

Strategies, settings, sensitivity numbers, hardware recommendations and "meta" advice posted by creators are shared in good faith and are not guaranteed to work for you, on your hardware, or after the next patch. Do not treat a creator's claim about a roster move, a transfer or a publisher decision as confirmed unless our desk has reported it separately with sourcing.

If you find community content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory or harmful, report it through the report control on the item or write to the Grievance Officer in section 14. Content that exposes a person in an intimate or impersonated form is removed within 24 hours of a valid complaint.

10. Editorial independence and sponsored content

Our newsroom operates independently of our commercial desk. Sponsors, partners, advertisers, publishers and organisations that run events with us have no say over what we report, how we rate a roster, or how we cover a controversy involving them. A partnership never buys favourable coverage, and withdrawing a sponsorship never buys unfavourable coverage.

Where an article, video, stream segment or product placement is paid for, produced with a partner, or based on a sample or a press trip we received, it is clearly labelled at the top of that item as sponsored, partnered or provided. Affiliate links, where used, are disclosed on the page; earning a commission does not change our verdict on a product.

News and analysis reflect the information available at the time of publication. Esports moves fast: rosters change, patches land, and events are rescheduled. We correct material errors and mark the correction rather than quietly editing the record.

11. Store availability, pricing and products

Product availability, pricing and specifications shown in the store are subject to change without notice and are not an offer capable of acceptance — a contract is formed only on dispatch confirmation, as set out in section 15 of the Terms & Conditions. Stock shown as available may sell out between your adding it to the cart and completing payment.

Colours vary between screens and between production batches; the illustrations on product pages are representations, not colour-matched proofs. Sizing follows the size chart on the product page and may differ from the sizing you are used to from another brand. Limited event drops and pre-orders carry their own timelines, stated on the item.

Manifest pricing errors do not bind us: where a price is obviously wrong, we will contact you and refund in full rather than ship. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and are affected by courier serviceability at your PIN code. Prizes and merchandise supplied by a third-party partner carry that partner's warranty, not ours.

12. External links and no professional advice

This site links to third-party websites, game clients, storefronts, social platforms and video services that we do not control. We provide those links for convenience. A link is not an endorsement of the linked site, its content, its products, its privacy practices or its security. Once you leave eSportzCraazy, that site's own terms and privacy policy apply, and we accept no responsibility for what happens there.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, medical, career or investment advice. Comments about tax on prize money, about the legality of paid competition in your State, about player contracts, or about the value of a sponsorship are general information only. Consult a qualified professional before acting on any of it.

13. Health, wellbeing and screen time

Competitive gaming is physically demanding in its own way. Long sessions can contribute to eye strain, repetitive-strain injury, poor posture, disturbed sleep and, for a small number of people, photosensitive seizures. Take regular breaks, set up your desk properly, and stop if you feel unwell.

We publish schedules, ladders and streaks because they are part of the sport, not because we think you should play through the night to hold a rank. If gaming is affecting your studies, work, sleep or relationships, please seek support from a qualified professional. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

14. Errors, corrections and how to reach us

We compile this site with care but make no warranty that it is complete, accurate or current at any given moment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catalyst Web Trendz Pvt. Ltd. accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on any statistic, schedule, prize figure, ranking, report or product description published here. The limitation of liability in section 21 of the Terms & Conditions applies to this disclaimer in full.

Found a mistake, a wrong scoreline, a mis-stated prize pool, an infringing asset or a claim we cannot support? Tell us and we will fix it or explain why we stand by it.
