Sixteen qualified squads, eighteen matches over three days, one trophy. Erangel and Miramar in the opening block, Sanhok deciding the tiebreak. Group-stage points carry into the finals at 40 per cent weight, so nobody arrives with a clean slate and nobody is mathematically dead on day one.

Entry requirements: five-player roster plus one substitute, all sixteen or above with guardian consent on file, all eighteen or above to collect at the LAN. Tier Conqueror or a top-64 qualifier finish. Accounts must be at least 90 days old with no active ban.

Full terms of competition

Every rulebook is published before registration opens and carries the name of the admin who owns the event. Nothing in a rulebook changes mid-event except by a posted amendment with a timestamp.

Eligibility

Who can play

Sixteen and above for online qualifiers with a guardian consent form on file. Eighteen and above for LAN finals and any event with a prize above ₹1,00,000. Indian residents only, with a government ID matching the registration name and a bank account in the same name for payouts.

Accounts must be at least 90 days old, tied to the registered phone number, and free of any active platform ban. One player, one roster, one event — no cross-registration across two squads in the same tournament.

If something goes wrong

Protests, re-schedules and appeals

Protests are filed through the event admin within 30 minutes of the map ending, with the timestamp and what you saw. Re-schedules need six hours' notice and are granted once per matchday window. Appeals against a ruling are answered within 72 hours by an admin who did not make the original call.

Tournament questions, answered

All answers

Pick the event, open its rulebook page and submit the roster form with five players and one substitute. Each member needs a government ID, the in-game ID on the account being played, and a phone number tied to that account. Slots close 48 hours before the first map and are confirmed by email and on HQ Discord.

Open qualifiers are free. Two Season 9 events carry a nominal fee that is returned as in-event credit: FC Pro Desi League at ₹250 per player per matchday and the Ascension Series LAN leg at ₹500 per squad to cover station allocation. Invitationals and LAN finals are seeded and never charge entry.

Yes. FIFA and the Apex solo ladder accept individual registration outright. For team titles, join the Sunday stand-in draft on HQ Discord: solo players are picked into scrim squads for the week and any squad that finishes the draft together can register as a roster.

Open qualifier winners take the first eight slots. The next four come off the Season 9 ladder rating, and the final four are regional slots reserved one each for the North, South, East and West circuits so a single city cannot take the whole bracket. Group-stage points carry into the finals at 40 per cent weight.

Tell the event admin at least six hours out and the match can be moved once inside the same matchday window. A no-show with no notice is a walkover to the opponent and costs the organisation 50 placement points. Season 9 has re-scheduled 0.4 per cent of its matches.

Within 21 days of the final, after TDS, straight to the registered organisation or player bank account. A settlement statement goes out by email on the day the transfer is initiated. No part of a prize pool is ever funded from entry fees.
